2.2 Physical Products (No Return, No Refund Policy)
- All sales of paintings and sketches are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
- If an item is damaged in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and I will work with the courier to find a resolution.
- I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
