All products sold through this website are digital products/downloads. No physical products are shipped.
After successful payment, the purchased digital product is made available immediately or through the associated order/account download facility.
Because access to the digital product is provided immediately after payment, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Before making a payment, please carefully review all available information about the product, including:

- Features and functionality
- Technical requirements

If a demo is available, please test the demo before purchasing to make sure the product meets your requirements.
Making a purchase confirms that you have had the opportunity to review the available product information and demo before payment.
No Refund for Change of Mind
A refund will generally not be provided because:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You purchased the wrong product.
- You did not review the demo or product description before purchasing.
- The product does not contain a feature that was not advertised or promised.
- You no longer require the product.
- You do not have the technical environment or knowledge required to use or install the product.
- You expected functionality that was not included in the product description.
- You purchased the same or a similar product elsewhere.
Download and Access Issues
If payment was successful but you cannot access or download your purchased product, please contact me.
I will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine payment confirmation, account access or download-delivery problems.
A temporary technical problem preventing access to a purchased file does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund if the purchased product can subsequently be delivered.

For software, themes, plugins, templates, CRM/ERP systems or other code-based products, compatibility may depend on your server, hosting environment, PHP version, WordPress/WooCommerce version, browser, third-party software or other technical configuration.

Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe there has been a duplicate payment, incorrect transaction, corrupted or inaccessible download, or another genuine technical issue with your order, please contact me with your order details.
