What I take on
Not every project needs a large agency. Some need an experienced developer who can understand the requirement, make sensible technical decisions and build it properly.

The purpose of the process is not paperwork. It is to make sure we agree on what is being built before development time is spent.
We discuss the business problem, users, functionality, reference material, target platform, timeline and the outcome you expect.
I share the interface direction before implementation. Where agreed, alternate UI directions can be reviewed before the design is frozen.
Once the UI and scope are approved, I move into development, integrations, responsive implementation, testing and agreed functionality.
You review the completed work, agreed fixes are closed, deployment is completed and handover or launch support is provided as defined in the scope.
Before we start
You pay the provider directly and retain ownership. I can guide setup and deployment.
Payment stages are defined in the proposal and depend on project size, milestones and involvement.
Changes requested after UI or scope approval can require rework and may be quoted separately.
CRM and ERP products use lifetime licensing rather than a recurring core subscription model.
