From website enquiry to production, delivery and payment—all in one workspace.
Manage your printing, signage or fabrication business with a connected system for customers, quotations, jobs, artwork approvals, production, billing, inventory and staff. Give each team member the access they need, keep customers informed and capture enquiries directly from your existing website.
Connect any website through secure APIs
Keep your PHP, Next.js or WordPress website and connect it to your business application. Your website handles the presentation; the application manages services, enquiries and follow-up.
- Display your services: publish service names, descriptions, images, features and starting prices from the backend.
- Build service-specific quote forms: retrieve form fields and defaults for each service, including configured specifications such as dimensions, material, finishing and delivery requirements.
- Capture quotation enquiries: send website submissions directly into Quote Requests, with customer details and service requirements.
- Capture contact leads: bring general enquiries into Contact Leads for reception or admin follow-up.
- Connect your product catalogue: retrieve active products when your website needs operational catalogue information.
- Prevent duplicate submissions: idempotency keys let your website safely retry a request after a connection failure.
Developers connect through server-side handlers using bearer tokens. Tokens stay on the website’s server, away from public browser code.
Control API access and monitor usage
Create a separate integration for each website and control exactly what it can access.
- Select permissions for reading services/products and submitting quotes/contact leads.
- Assign integrations to an admin or developer account.
- Set token expiry dates, request limits and optional server IP restrictions.
- View and copy authorised tokens, rotate credentials or revoke access.
- Review requests, errors, endpoints, source IPs, client information and response times.
- Filter usage reports by integration, period and errors.
Admins manage all integrations. Developers see only integrations assigned to them and their technical usage information. Other business roles and customers cannot view API credentials.
One sign-in with access based on roles
Everyone uses the same login page. The application controls both the menus they see and the records and actions they can access.
| Role | Main access |
|---|---|
| Owner / Admin | Full business management, staff, settings, integrations and payroll reopening controls. |
| Reception | Customers, enquiries, quotations, jobs and dispatch paperwork, with access to their own attendance and paid payslips. |
| Designer | Assigned jobs, artwork uploads, versions and review submissions, plus their own attendance and paid payslips. |
| Production | Production stages, inventory and stock movements, with their own attendance and paid payslips. |
| Accountant | Invoices, payments, expenses, payroll and reports, with supporting records available according to permissions. |
| Developer | Assigned API integrations, authorised tokens, documentation and technical usage reports. |
| Customer | Their own jobs, issued documents, quotation requests and service enquiry form. |
Admins can restrict supported role permissions. Assignment and ownership checks protect records beyond simply hiding menu items.
Customer management and enquiry tracking
Maintain customer contact details, company information, addresses, GST details and linked business history. Review website quotation requests, manage contact lead statuses and convert suitable leads into customer records.
Invite customers by email to confirm their address and set a password. Their customer workspace gives them access to their own job progress, issued quotations, invoices, delivery challans and enquiry history.
Job tracking from design to delivery
Create jobs with customer details, quantities, dimensions, materials, deadlines, priorities and assigned designers. Track progress through design, approval, printing, finishing, readiness, dispatch and delivery.
Job history keeps status updates and notes connected to the work, helping your team understand what has happened and what needs attention next.
Design Studio and artwork approvals
Upload artwork or attach supported design links, maintain versions and submit drafts for review. Authorised admin or reception users record approval or rejection, keeping the review trail attached to the job.
Designers work on their assigned jobs, with separate submission and approval responsibilities.
GST quotations, invoices and payment tracking
Create itemised quotations and invoices with quantities, rates, discounts, HSN information and GST calculations. Business and customer states determine local CGST/SGST or interstate IGST.
Convert accepted quotations into jobs or invoices, record customer payments and monitor outstanding balances. Print documents, save them as PDFs and use the available WhatsApp sharing actions to send them to customers.
Saved business documents retain their captured details, helping preserve the original information when business settings change later.
Delivery challans and dispatch records
Prepare delivery challans using relevant job and customer details. Record quantities, delivery addresses and vehicle information, and keep dispatch paperwork connected to the work being delivered.
Services, products and inventory
Manage your published website service catalogue separately from your operational product rate card.
Maintain products with active/inactive controls and track inventory by category, SKU, size, unit, cost, supplier and minimum stock. Record stock movements and use filters to find materials and review availability.
Attendance, overtime and payroll
Record daily attendance, leave status, clock-in/out times, breaks and overtime. Configure working days, shift hours, overtime rates and employee PF/ESI settings.
Generate monthly payslips from attendance and review basic salary, paid days, loss of pay, overtime, allowances and deductions.
- Edit draft payslips with a correction reason and calculated net salary.
- Recalculate payslips after attendance corrections.
- Let admins reopen paid payroll and the associated attendance month.
- Retain previous payment details and correction history.
- Require review before corrected payroll can be marked paid again.
- Give employees access to view and print only their own paid payslips.
Staff management and account controls
Create staff profiles with roles, employee codes, contact information, salary settings, bank account details and IFSC.
Employee-code and phone validation help prevent duplicate staff identities. Search, role/status filters, sorting and pagination make larger teams easier to manage.
Admins can deactivate accounts or remove staff from the active directory while preserving linked attendance, payroll and business history.
Expenses, dashboards and reporting
Record expenses with categories, payment methods, optional job links, notes and receipts. Monitor job workload, recorded customer payments, unpaid balances and business activity through dashboards and reports.
The revenue overview reflects recorded receipts, giving you a clearer distinction between invoiced amounts and collected revenue.
Business branding, email and administration
Configure your business profile, uploaded logo, authorised signature, document terms, numbering, tax details and payroll rules. Set up SMTP email with TLS or SSL for invitations, password links and configured notifications.
Built-in email queuing, activity logs, clean URLs and account controls support everyday administration. The application can be installed for individual businesses and branded through its settings.
Bring your website enquiries, shop-floor work and business records together- with clear ownership and controlled access at every stage.
