Built for everyday B2B selling

Give customers a place to browse products, review minimum order quantities and request quotations. Manage customer-specific pricing, quantity-based rates, discounts, payment terms and credit limits from the backend.

Staff can also create quotations and custom orders on a customer’s behalf, including catalogue products and custom service lines.

Connect confirmed orders with SAP

The application includes a SAP integration bridge that sends confirmed orders to a configured middleware endpoint.

The bridge includes:

  • Queued delivery, so export runs separately from checkout.
  • Retry handling and delivery-status tracking.
  • Signed messages and acknowledgements.
  • Stable event identifiers to support duplicate prevention.
  • SAP reference tracking after successful acknowledgement.

SAP setup is specific to each customer. A working connection requires compatible middleware, customer and product mappings, credentials and testing against the target SAP environment. This is an integration bridge, not a preconfigured or SAP-certified connector. Catalogue, inventory and pricing synchronisation from SAP are not included in the current bridge.

Quotations, orders and invoices

Prepare and send quotations, generate printable pro forma invoices, and issue final invoices when quotations are accepted or orders are confirmed.

Search invoices, filter payment status and print or save documents as PDF using the browser. Company branding and payment instructions appear on invoices.

Customers and team access

Create business customers manually or accept registrations for approval. Manage contacts, purchasing terms and account access.

Assign permissions through configurable roles and individual overrides. Control access to customers, products, orders, pricing, invoices, reports, settings and integrations.

Your brand and content

Customise the storefront with your company logo, icon, banner and product images. Manage categories, content pages, policy pages and navigation from Settings.

The responsive storefront includes product search, category browsing, product details, a contact form and a mobile navigation drawer.

Payments, reporting and API access

Configure supported payment gateways according to the store currency:

  • INR: Razorpay and PayU.
  • Other supported currencies: PayPal and Stripe, subject to gateway compatibility.

Review income and order reports with period filters and graphs. For custom integrations, generate scoped API tokens, rotate or revoke credentials, and review recorded API activity.

Gateway accounts, credentials, webhooks and sandbox testing are required before accepting live payments.

Privacy and security

The application includes prepared database queries, password hashing, CSRF protection, role and customer access checks, login throttling, registration email verification and spam protection.

Business notifications use an email queue with delivery-status tracking. Your business controls its customer information, privacy notices and retention procedures.

Lightweight deployment

Built with PHP, MySQL/MariaDB and PDO, with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The included storefront does not require a React application or Node.js build process.

Server requirements

  • PHP 8.1 or later.
  • MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6 or later.
  • PDO MySQL, OpenSSL, JSON, Fileinfo and PHP sessions.
  • HTTPS for live deployment and integrations.
  • Outbound HTTPS access for payment providers.
  • PHP cURL for SAP middleware delivery.
  • SMTP or a supported mail configuration.
  • Scheduled email/payment workers; a supervised worker or cron fallback for SAP delivery.

Installation

Upload the application, run the installer, configure the database and table prefix, and create the administrator account. Then configure company details, products, email delivery and any required integrations.

Test the complete customer, quotation, invoice and payment flow on your hosting before launch.
